Early-access UAT preview, updated October 2026. This notice describes how this testing website handles information. It should be reviewed by the project owner and qualified advisers before any public launch.

What we collect

If you express interest, we collect your first and last name, email address, suburb, postcode, consent choice and submission date. If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, message, consent choice and submission date.

Why we collect it

We use interest-list details to prepare for early-access updates and future invitations, and enquiry details to respond to you. Submitting the interest form does not create an account. We do not make your submitted details public.

Where it is stored

For this preview, submitted details are intended to be stored in the configured Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare may also process technical request metadata to operate the website. Site operators should confirm provider location, access permissions and retention before inviting real registrations.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by using the contact form on this website. Automated marketing emails and unsubscribe facilities are not enabled in this preview.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS and server-side validation. Site administrators must restrict database access and establish a retention and deletion policy before launch. This preview is not a full production privacy or security programme.
